About SoundControl -reggae riddim radio-

 

 1998 entstand die Idee beim lokalen und freien Radio- sender Radio Unerhört Marburg (RUM) eine Sendung ins Leben zu rufen, die sich mit Reggae beschäftigt. Da sich mein musi- kalisches Spektrum aber nicht ausschließlich auf Reggae be- schränkt fand sich der Name SoundControl -reggae rid- dim radio-, um auch artver- wandte Musikstile zu präsen- tieren.

 1998 föddes idén att starta ett reggaeprogram på den lokala och oberoende radiostation Radio Unerhört Marburg (RUM). Mitt musikaliska intresse är inte begränsat till reggae. Liknande musikstilar ligger mig också varmt om hjärtat och därför döpte jag mitt program till SoundControl -reggae riddim radio-.

Numera sänds programmet live varje första och tredje tisdagen i månaden live, klockan 20 till 22, på Radio Unerhört Marburg. Jag, Matthias Wussow alias Selecta M, är producent och programledare. Eftersom RUM enbart sänds lokalt i Marburg med omnejd kommer jag att utnjytta Internets möjligheter för att sprida Selecta M:s röst världen runt.
 

Mittlerweile läuft die Sendung jeden 1., 3. und 5. Dienstag im Monat, von 20 bis 22 Uhr, auf Radio Unerhört Marburg und wird von mir, Matthias Wus- sow aka Selecta M, live produziert und moderiert. Da die Reichweite von RUM auf die lokale Umge- bung von Marburg limitiert ist, lag es nahe, die Möglichkeiten des Internets zu nutzen und Selecta Ms Stimme weltweit hörbar zu machen.

Die erste Gelegenheit bot sich im Jahr 2000 beim Internetradiosender www.cyberchannel.de. Von März 2000 bis März 2001 präsentierten Junior T und ich dort in der Sendung Vibrate On! -selected reggae worldwide- ein wöchentli- ches zwei Stunden Update mit unserer Auswahl. Mit SoundControl International möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen wieder im Internet präsent zu sein und mit regelmäßigen Updates die Reggae- welt bereichern.

Von den Anfängen bis heute werden alle Sparten und Varianten der Reggaemusik vorgestellt: brand- aktuelle Dancehall Hits, Klassiker, Originale, Remi- xe, bekannte und weniger bekannte Tunes, mi- schen sich mit Dub, Soca, Jungle, World und Hip Hop Styles.
 

 In 1998 the idea emerged to create a radio show on the local and independent radio station Radio Unerhört Marburg (RUM), which would deal with reggae music. The fact that my musical interest is not only limited to reggae, the name Sound Control, -reggae riddim radio- was founded to represent also related styles.

During 2003 the show runs every 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday every month, from 8 to 10 p.m. on Radio Unerhört Marburg, produced and hosted live by me, Matthias Wussow, aka Selecta M. Due to the fact that the range of RUM is limited in the local Marburg area, it was natural to use the Internet to spread the voice of Selecta M worldwide. The first chance came in 2000 with the help of the Internet radio station www.cyberchannel.de. From March 2000 to March 2001 Junior T and I presented selected reggae worldwide in the show Vibrate On!, a weekly two hours update containing our selection. With SoundControl International again I want to use the Internet to enrich the reggae world.

From the beginning until today all sections and variations of reggae music are presented: the latest dancehall hits, classics, originals, remixes, known and unknown tunes mixed with Dub, Soca, Jungle, World and HipHop styles.
 

Första tillfället att lyssna till mitt pro- gram världen runt bjöds år 2000 över Internetradiostationen www.cyber- channel.de. Från mars 2000 till mars 2001 presenterade Junior T och jag i programmet Vibrate On! -selec- ted reggae worldwide- varje vecka ett två timmar långt reggae- program. Med SoundControl In- ternational vill jag återigen ge alla tillfälle att över Internet ta del av mitt program och därigenom berika reg- gaevärlden med regelbundna up- dates.

Från ursprunget till nyaste nytt pre- senterar jag alla genrer och varianter av reggae-musik. De senaste topplå- tarna, klassikerna, originallåtarna och remixar. Kända och mindre kända lå- tar blandas med Dub, Soca, Jungle, World och HipHop.
